Hello,
All India category list and 50% all India quota list is prepared by NTA (national testing agency)
The armed forces merit list is prepared by armed forces medical college
The statewide merit list depends on the state authorities in their respective state. Example in Karnataka the list is prepared by KEA(Karnataka examination authority)
