Dear candidate out of the two Institute options chosen by you though SVNIT is a very renowned institution but then also my suggestion would be to study M.Sc Integrated Physics at NIT Warangal campus. This is because this college has well maintained infrastructure, top notch Physics faculties, great Academic facilities, extremely good future exposure and it is indeed a prestigious institution. It would be better if you pursue your M.Sc from here to increase your upcoming career chances.

Dear Aspirant, according to me NIT Warangal will be the best choice to go for Integrated MSc in Physics as compared to NIT Surat. NIT Warangal has got very good physics faculty as compared to NIT Surat. I hope you are clear now. If you have any other doubts feel free to ask. All The Best!!!
