As per your requirement, i would say that for pg 2019 admission the starting date depends on which collegr you are applying for and when the counseling procrss of that collegr would be over. Most probably all the colllege starts from sep to oct month so ut depends on the colllege authority.

If your admission is done, then the colllege will send you email of date joinning and other details. G
