dear student,

Free seats are majorly the contribution of individual institutes. It mainly deals with your eamcet or local exam rank and 12th score.

If you can get a seat in government university the fee would be nominal.

Few states reemberse the fee as part of the governament policy (family financial condition and caste matters )
