As per the official prospectus for admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh the Declaration of vacant seats will be done on 16th August 2019.
Only those people will be considered who have marked presence in the counselling and their names figure in the Waiting List. So you will have to be physically present for document and certificate verification on 19-08-2019 (Monday). The venue will be UILS only. Around 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. You can use the link below for more updates regarding this.
