There are a lots of IITs, IIITs, NITs which are in the top 100 colleges in India. The ranking of all these colleges are decided by National Institutional Ranking Framework which is a methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank institutions of higher education in India.  IIIT  Hyderabad, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur,NIT Rourkela,etc are in top 100 of NIRF ranking. You can check out the official webpage of NIRF to get the list of all the NIRF ranked institutes.
