Hey Manish,

First of all talking about AIIMS then there are several AIIMS colleges which provide quality education and it has its own entrance exams for getting admission in AIIMs college. Now talking  about NEET then it is the national level medical entrance exams which is conducted by CBSE every year for getting admission in private or top government medical colleges in MBBS or BDS stream. Comparing both then obviously the first choice is always AIIMS for every student. Hope you find it useful.

Thank you.

Hello Manish,

The first major difference between neet and Aiims is that after giving and qualifying neet examinations you can take admission in any medical college, whether private or government across India but after giving and qualifying Aiims you are allotted only Aiims colleges across India. Both examinations have there on merits and demerits.

I hope this answer will help.

All the best for the future!!

Hello Manish, The difference between NEET and AIIMS is that both are exams for admission in different colleges. AIIMS exams are conducted for admission in AIIMS colleges and NEET exam is conducted for admission in other government as well as private medical colleges in India. AIIMS is better than NEET when the colleges are considered but some of the top colleges under NEET like UCMS are better than some of the AIIMS colleges. AIIMS is of 200 marks while NEET is of 720 marks. AIIMS exam is tougher than NEET.
