RTU kota has is a government college so its fee is affordable but it's facilities are not upto the mark but faculty is quite good and experienced  Also it gives around 70% placements on campus. CTAE udaipur, it's fee is also affordable but its faculty is not so much good they don't cooperate with the students and for placements, average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum is given to students  Also mainly companies of CS or it branch visit the campus.

CSE in CTAE is better as compared to CSE in RTU, as the college ranking is better. I am a student from CTAE only, but don't expect a high package from any of the colleges. Academics are good here but I will suggest you go for other better option if you have, if you are placement oriented.
