I think RVCE banglore is better than Manipal.

Fee structure of RVCE is very less as compared to Manipal.
RVCE is one of the top colleges in Bengaluru.
Due to its location exposure and opportunities of off campus placement is more in RVCE.
Average package in Manipal is 3-4 lakhs whereas for RVCE is 6-7 lakhs. (Cse)
