Should I fill the gotten seat in upsee round 2 which I got in round 1 and floated it or remove it from options?

No,you have not to fill the seats again  and again once it alloted and you have used the float option.Now,if you don't want that seat then you can withdraw from counselling that all depends upon you.If you want to know about more info. regarding important dates of counselling,schedule etc. please visit this link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/upsee-counselling

What if I filled the same seat and above it some preferences? Will I get same seat if I could not get above preferred seat or I will get no seat at all and should have to wait fpr round 3? Please tell if in any circumstances, if I not withdraw than my seat will be safe or not in float option?

There nothing happens when you choose float option.A float option usually leads to get you the most preffered Branch by you.If you will not be alloted with a better branch then you will surely get the previously alloted Institute or branch.So,don't worry about that.
