I've got abesec with cse in first round of upsee,my seat didn't get upgraded.i want kiet or akg.should I go for another round

After first round kiet and akg had 7 to 8 seats left,my seat didn't get upgraded in round 2 .my rank is 12334

i have got AKGEC with 13331 General rank but i want J.S.S, no upgradation in 2nd :(

Yes you should . In case you don't get kiet or akg then abes is also good.
