I will recommend you to choose NIT because a degree from NIT  is always preferred to private college degree.

And in between NIT Agartala and NIT Arunachal pradesh,i will recommend you to  choose NIT Agartala because it is better than NIT Arunachal Pradesh in many aspects such as infrastructure,placements etc.
