JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Is nowhere related to your percentage you scored in 12th. They are determined based on the score in entrance exam. This percentage matters during the time of admissions into IITs, NIT's where rank is considered along with your percentage. But here you wanted to take admission in SVNIT (Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology), Surat. So only JEE Rank is considered here. Still you hold good percentage. it might help your for admission but not added as weightage in JEE Mains.

Cut off score for Computer Science engineering for SVNIT for the year 2020 (SC Category for male) is 1542 - 1152 . 50% of seats are reserved for home and 50% for other state. So falling into this rank category is very difficult. SVNIT is one of top colleges in India, So high competition in filling up the seats. So prepare well. All the best for exam.
