I would like to tell you that admission in MBBS colleges is clearly on the basis of your NEET marks which means appearing in NEET exam is mandatory and clear it too .Selection in colleges is based on your marks . So as compared to  a person who won't be appearing in NEET exam will definitely not get a chance to secure a seat you will definitely have chances to secure a seat if you will clear your exams and secure marks as per required by the college .
