Hi Shankar,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get ECE branch in SJCE Mysore with this rank, though you belong to 2A category. Last year the cutoff rank for ECE branch in SJCE Mysore was 5875. This year, it will definitely change, mostly decrease thereby reducing your chances further. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
