Osmania University has not yet released any cutoffs for 2019 counselling. No specific cutoffs of previous years are also available except the minimum cutoff marks required for being eligible for counselling, which is 25.

Now since you have a decent rank, you can try for Osmania University. Belonging to BC-D category can prove to be advantageuos for you but this merely a guess from my side.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.
