It depends on the number of seats left after 1st counsilling and the number of student left below your rank or if someone backout from their seat. So, their are both chances of getting a seat or not getting a seat. No one can exactly tell you whether you will get or not because it depends on the conditions mentioned above. If you are lucky enough you will get a seat.
