Based on the expected rank that you have mentioned and considering your EWS category, you have almost no chances either for DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY or for NSUT because the closing CRL rank for an EWS candidate in 2021 was around 98k in DTU and 1.1 Lakh in NSUT for BIO-Tech. branch in Round 4 of JAC counselling but .

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

On such percentile, being an EWS candidate you have very good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.
