Yes, you are eligible for applying to IP University, But we can't say much of whether or not you will be able to get a good seat there.

This is the first time when IPU is taking admissions on the basis of JEE Mains. So we don't know how it's going to unfold. We don't have any previous year data regarding this to predict your college. But IPU has lots of affiliated colleges so you surely have a good chance to get there. Even better if you have a Delhi quota.
