It will be difficult to get the branches demanded by you in the NITs but still, you might be able to get Civil or Electrical in the "Last NITs" but if your ADVANCED result was better you should definitely think about the IITs. As the brand value of the IITs is better in every respect compared to even the last of the NITs. Considering your Mains rank, it won't help much until you have a better Advanced grade card.
