Hello Yamini,

If you have not given HPCET exam it will be a bit hard to get into a college which gives the admissions through HPCET exam. About giving the admission without the exam it depends on the college whether it accepts admission through your class 12/graduation percentage or other option is management quota seats.

Yes you can easily get admission in govt college. HPTU conducts a final round in which they filled vacant seats on the basis of 12 marks. And 82.4 is enough to easily get admission in govt college. So best of luck
