First of all congratulations for your rank.Here you didn't mention in which exam you secured this rank.If it is gate,Gate gives All india rank.It doesn't publish rank category wise.PSUs decide there own cutoff ranks category wise depending upon no of vacancies.Based on your rank you will get seat in IITS  and nits for mtech nanoscience and technology.here are the some colleges based on your rank.
