You have not mentioned which region you belong to. With a score of 349 in SC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. But, private colleges are possible. For government colleges, a score of 400 or above was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical colleges. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
