You should have mentioned your obc rank and home state too. However your OBC rank should be in the range of 14000 - 16000. If you belong to Srinagar, you have chance to get admitted into NIT Srinagar CSE. For other state quota it will be quite difficult.

adarshkumaenayak00 As per previous years' cutoff you have slight chance to get into NIT Jamshedpur. You may get Civil, Production or Metallurgical engineering there.
