My percentile is 98.99 in Jee main. Is there any chance of getting NIT Jamshedpur or NIT PATNA with CSE branch?? I am Obc home state Bihar

Closing rank for jsr CSE last year fr OS was 9136

Closing rank for NITP  CSE was 18310 for HS.

So you have chances for both of them if you actual rank comes under 9000. And CSE in patna is in your hand now.

According to your percentile your appx rank is 10800-12400.

Last year cutoff of NIT Jamshedpur for CSE branch was in OBC category was 7561

But in general it was 14441

If we see general category, with your percentile you can get into NIT for CSE branch.

During councelling go under general category you will have high chance of getting seat like that
