So the analysis of the data would clearly says that in the first round of counselling you can definitely crack down a good seat of your own choice courses

See according your SC rank really good colleges like Jadvpur University are not under reach atleast courses like Computer Science etc. You can get good streams but the college won't be that great particukarly talking about round 1. As rounds go on, you have a good chance of getting streams in some colleges..
