Hello aspirant
If you are not filling the choice in first round,
I think you are not allowed to filling the choice in second round counselling..
And you can't fill fresh choice in second round counselling, If you are unable to fill your choice in first round counselling..
Still, I'm not sure, but as read Various article, I found this..
