hi,

see for aget admission in top tier 1 colleges your score is very low. you can aply in state government university. pgecet is conducted by osmania university to admission in me/mtech/mpharma programmes. if you have 50% marks in graduation you can apply. you have a good chance to get selected in the examination because you have gate rank.this will give you advantage during counselling. you may also apply in BITSHD, srm university..
