Honestly your rank is quite low fir getting admission into these college still have a look. Whereas you also have lots of choice to get other colleges too. 

According to your rank that yoy have mentioned-

1)In CMR university, you are only eligible for btech in information technology

2)In BMS you are not eligible because of for rank with is too low for that particular institution. 

3)In BIT also you are not eligible due to low rank.
