Without writing your name,how you were able to submit the form?

If you just saved the form without  submitting it, you can make Changes by opening your form.
.
Have a look at your form again, without name application will not be submitted. Sometimes, your name will be automatically displayed on the form by using registration details.
.
But if you have written a wrong name, you are not allowed to make Changes once the form is submitted, nor you can make changes in correction window.
.
Please have a look at your form again, and please let us know if you have some other doubts
