That is not possible and it is not a good idea also. Instead go for nptel course provided by iit's so as to increase your knowledge in any other field you want to. This is the best possible choice you can think of.

No, it is not possible as you can not take admission in two colleges at same time.

Distance education in engineering is not valid. 

MINISTRY OF HRD: Very clearly came up with a notification advising DEC not to permit Engineering degrees through correspondence.

You should focus on your studies to get admission in top colleges to get good placemens as there is lot of competition envolve to get into IITs as it is a dream of many students.
