Hello,
There is no need to pay any tution fees for SC cast students in IIT. however you have to pay for Admission fee, Development fee, Security Deposit, library fee, IT system fee, Transport facility charge, Medical facility charge, Sport/Gym fee, hostel fee, light and water charge, cable tv fee, Mess fee, Transcript fee etc.
For IIITs if you want a good iiit then you need to bring rank under 1200 (all india rank).
