Hi Aspirant ,
You can apply to other state colleges but getting a special state quota as per your state is kind of not possible . Every state private college has there own state quota so the chances of getting seats as per Kerala state quota is hard . You will count in open if you take admission in any other private medical college's beside Kerala . Some College's have special reserved seats you can try it such college's are made for category students . Or you can apply through AIQ or some special state quota .
