IGNOU provide post graduate diploma in journalism and mass communication (PGJMC). So if your are eligible for the course then sure you can pursue the course.

But if you consider my suggestion then please prepare hard for IIMC or Symbioisis, only if you have made up your mind. Just for the degree and Diploma you can do it at IGNOU.
