Each and every department in NIT silchar  have good placements since past years but CSE department of NIITS has 100% placements records last year's with average of 6 lacs per annum and this year two candidates offered 22lacs per annum by GOLDMAN SACHS.


The placement cell of silchar not only acts as facilitator for training and placement but also works towards overall development of the student.it works under the guidance of placement and training officer in consultation with FIC. It's primarily works as a liaison between industry and institute .placement and training cell is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support each other and every stage of the placement process .
