. NEET score card

. NEET admit card

.Recent passport size photograph

.Self attested photocopy of ID proof like aadhar card , class 12 marksheet , class10 marksheet , character certificate , caste certificate

.Demand draft of Rs. 28500

.Certificate from principal of school on prescribed proforma

- School is situated in NCT delhi

-School is recognised by cbse or any equivalent board

-School is conducting regular classes

-Applicant has attended regular classes
