As the cancellation of seat happens in the following cases:-

Cancellation of Seats

• If a candidate with an allotted seat in first or second round wishes to surrender or cancel the seat before the last date of option entry for second extended round, then Rs 5000 will be deducted as processing fee and the remaining fee will be refunded.

• If a candidate has been allotted seat in first or second round and he or she has not reported to the college, surrenders the seat after second extended round completion, the entire fee will be forfeited.
