The  students who didn't get seat in first selection counseling  will apply again for colleges in second selection   so if there is any seats left over in any college then they will be allotted in second selection counselling  , almost 70 % seats will be filled in first counselling where almost all the students will participate in it and apply for colleges as per there ranks and in second counselling students who not satisfied with first counselling college or they haven't got any admission those type of students will participate in second round
