Dear aspirant,as per the current data available the PU BA LLB 2019 counselling from 15th july onward in offline mode. Different institutes of PU will release their merit lists on different dates. Tentativy , the merit lists will be released in the third week of august. The counselling will be done in offline mode. Although the exact dates for counselling are yet to be released. But you can check the tentative procedure by following the given link:
