Well, the cutoff changes every year.

It depend on many things such as the level of difficulty of papr,number of students appearing in exams and many other things.

But for SC/ST students,the cutoff is always around 60 or less,so all you eed is to work hard and get as much as you can.

It depends on many things like:

The paper difficulty whether the paper is easy or tuff or of moderate type if the paper is easy then the cutoff will be high and if it is tuff then the cutoff will he low and if moderate then it will be average.

It also depends on the how students are scoring in the paper overall if the most no of students are scoring high Marks then they will rise the cutoff otherwise they will do vise versa.
