The cut off for admission in H.B.T. Medical College & Dr. R.N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital, Juhu, Mumbai in the previous year was a rank of  13,362  and 541 marks for admission under the 70% regional quota. And a rank of  12,052  and 546 marks for a seat under the 30% other region quota for the general category.

The cut off for admission under the All India quota was a rank of  3,525 and  594 marks for the general category.

Hence you'd require atleast above 540 marks for a seat under the state quota and above 590 marks for a seat under the All India a. The cut off varies each year though due to various factors. You can expect the cut off to be in a similar range.
