Hi,

Well after doing MBBS in India you will have to clear USMLE levels to qualify for medical practice in USA and then the hardest part is to get a residency cause the residency position is limited and international students getting it has very less chances. If you get one then you will work as a resident and will train yourself selecting your specialisation.
