If you are talking about ST Hill Candidates from Assam for All India Quota, under All India Quota there is no separate reservation for Hill or Plain Candidates. It will be considered under ST Category alone. Now under ST Category for a seat under All India Counselling, younwill need nothing less than 500-550 if you want a seat in the first 2 rounds. 3rd round is a Mop up round. A minimum score of 500-550 can get you a seat in a good college. Now cut offs chamge every year depending on caripus factors such as no.of Candidates aopearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But 500-550is an ideal score.
