Getting straight to your query, about  85 percentile in the JEE Main is necessary to get a place in the IPU.

For the University School of Chemical Technology, Dwarka, New Delhi, the minimum rank required is 156452 (Delhi, OBC).

Because you have not mentioned your category I will explain it considering you General, from past year cut-offs, if you are having domicile in Delhi you must need a percentile score of more than 90 in JEE mains and a score of more than 120 to get in IPU, Delhi.

According to me, the expected cut-off of USIT would be around 20K rank for CSE MAIT-30-35k CSE ( May go up to 40k in spot rounds ).
