For CSE, the ranks generally close down to top 100 for all top IITs.

Hence, you need to score atleast 310+ to be in top 100 ranks, on the safe side 320 in JEE advanced  is the deal maker score where you can surely get CSE in any of of the top IITs.

CSE is the most preferred branch as it fetches more than 1Crore salaries for some meritorius students and hence, the cutoff is neck to neck.

The percentage is not fixed. However, It depends on the question paper pattern and the relative marks with respect to the topper. Usually, if you get under a rank of 500, you can get Computer Science in one of the old IIT's. Apart form your question, I would like to suggest to go for the IIT which suits you the best, not the course itself. You can learn coding anytime in the campus. But, if you are adamant on joining CSE, you can consider other IIT campuses with the rank you will obtain.

So, it is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year but you should score more than 50% marks to get good branch in Top IITs
