As per as JEE Mains 2017 is concerned for general category marks more than 215 will ensure computer science branch. For electronics you need more than 200 marks. For other good branches like EE and ME you need more than 185 marks .

In upcoming years it may vary 5–10 marks depending upon the toughness level of paper.

According, to previous year cut off you should score more then 210 marks in your JEE Main exam to get NIT Rourkela in general category other state quota.
