is there any dual degree in nit rourkela in cs or ece if there is can i get it with 21000 crl rank in jee main?

Hi ! First it all there is no dual degree upto this year. And secondly it is difficult for you to get nit Rourkela with your rank unless and until you have caste other than general. Dual degree is of generally 5 years and to get it ( better to say to get nit Rourkela ) you must rank between 5000. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
