But there has no electronics branch at iit Delhi!

It would be difficult to tell the marks or the rank range as the test pattern of Jee advanced keeps on changing year wise. But to get admission in top IITs like IIT B, IIT D 60% should be there. Also, there is no such reservation for male and female candidates except ST, SC, OBC one in IIT D.

To get a rough idea about IIT D rank range, you can refer below cut off of 2017 -

The exam pattern of JEE Advance keeps changing every year so it would be tough to tell you the exact score but try to score more than 60% to get admission in IIT Delhi for ECE branch. there is no any reservation for Male & Female. For further to know about you can go through with given below link.
