As per your query its's simple to apply for DU quota colleges i.e 85% state quota seats of Delhi government medical colleges.
You just have to do the same as you do for applying in counseling for AIQ under  MCC . You just need to select 85% seats too of delhi medical colleges as there will be the option itself.
And for IPU colleges you need to fill IP registration form first then IPU releases Merit list, based on that counselling takes place and candidates are called upto certain ranks based on their categories.
You have to visit the location on the notice and choose the college.
Then you just have to go to alloted college and take admission .
