Hello Aspirant,

See the the participating institutions of WBJEE have two kinds of seats, on is known as Home state quota seat and another is known as All India quota seat. So it simply divide the seats in two proportions, one proportion is reserved for Home state candidates means those candidates who belongs to West Bengal can only get those Home state quota seats and just opposite with All India Quota seats, these seats are for those candidates who belongs to any state of India other than West Bengal.

There will be no separate rank for Home state candidates and the admission will be taken only on the basis of either your GMR (General Merit Rank) or your category rank if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
